File Properties

The user gets more information about the file by using the “File Properties”.

Open File Properties

1. Right click on the file
2. Click “Properties” to get more information

Meaning of the properties

1. Location:       It shows the directory where the file is stored.
2. File Type:       It shows the file format (.txt, .png, .py, .c …)
3. Open with:     It shows the tool name that the file open with.
4. Size on disk: It shows the size how many bytes the file occupies
5. Last modification, Last access and Last permission change: It shows the time of the last operations in the file.
