touch command

A text file can be created using mouse but one of the method is to use touch command. To do this, please follow below steps.

1) To create a text file, use touch command

touch abiola.txt

2) abiola.txt is created in the current directory

Now you can edit your new file.

FORMAT:
touch fileName

fileName = abiola.txt
