Calculator

A mechanical device that performs calculations. In Raspberry Pi, A application available where user can perform mathematical calculations.

1. Open  “Application Menu”
2. Click   “Accessories”
3. Click  “Calculator”

When user click on Calculator Icon, Interface will be open.

Here user can perform mathematical calculations.

User also change the Mode of calculator. User can select differents Modes BASIC mode, Scientific Mode, Paper Mode.

1. Click on view in menu bar.

      BASIC mode is selected as defaults.

Basic Mode

If the user select the Basic Mode.

1. Click “View option”.
2. Click “Basic Mode”

Basic Mode will be open.

Scientific Mode

If the user select the Scientific Mode.

1. Click “View option”.
2. Click “Scientific Mode”

Scientific Mode will be open.

Paper Mode

If the user select the Paper Mode

1. Click “View” option.
2. Click “Paper” Mode

Paper Mode will be open.

If user wants to change the setting of calculator.

1. Click “Edit”.
2. Click “Preferences”

  Shortcut key for Preferences is Control+P

User can adjust the different types of settings in Preferences.

1. click “Close”.

How user close the calculator.

1. Click on cross icon at the top right corner of application.
